Witcher 2 Dev Teases Major Announcement Next Week

CD Projekt RED – developer of The Witcher series – has teased a major announcement coming next week.

Studio boss Marcin Iwiński released the video below to tease the announcement, set for May 30. He is wearing a Smurfs t-shirt in the video, but promises that it has nothing to do with the announcement. The news will come at CDPR’s Group Summer Conference 2012, live streams of the event will be available.

We already know that the team has a at least two projects currently in development, but there’s only one announcement that you’re all hoping for and it contains the number three. It stands a good chance that The Witcher 3 will be announced, but the team is also working on an RPG involving guns which is set in the present. Could we be getting some more news on this instead?
