World of Tanks Blitz, the mobile version of the popular military-based free-to-play title, has now entered closed beta, Wargaming.net has announced.

Players can now register for the beta over on the game’s official website. Blitz is currently only available on iPad, but more iOS devices and Android devices will be supported “in the coming months.”

The game has been specifically designed for mobile devices and supports seven-on-seven multiplayer matches. Closed beta players will be able to choose from over 80 tanks from the USA, Germany, and the USSR, including light, medium and heavy tanks, and fight across seven maps.
