THE BUZZ: Blizzard has released the patch notes for version 4.3 of World of Warcraft, known as Hour of Twilight.
The update brings a massive list of bug fixes, balance tweaks and new content. New features include the Raid Finder that, ”allows players to quickly and easily form a pick-up raid for a specially tuned version of the current tier of endgame content;” Transmogrification which, “allows players to customize their gear,” by “copying the appearance of one magical item onto another;” and and Void Storage so that, “players will now have access to a new ‘deep storage’ system, allowing characters to free bag space by setting aside coveted gear.” The Darkmoon Faire has also been added which offers, ”new quests, shows, games, recipes, toys, balloons, souvenirs, snacks, beverages, achievements, and titles.”
The patch is set to go live November 29 in North America and November 30 in Europe. The full patch notes can be found here.
EGM’s TAKE: That’s a lot of new free content, but will it be enough to counter the threat of Star Wars: The Old Republic, when it releases next month.
