THE BUZZ: Microsoft has released a new trailer showcasing which titles will be included in XBLA’s House Party 2012 promotion.

The games are: Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, I Am Alive, Warp and Nexuiz. No release date was given for the start of the promotion, but last years House Party began in February.

EGM’s TAKE: The quality of downloadable titles increases every year, and if the beginning two months of 2012 are anything to go by then things are going from strength to strength.

Which of these titles are you most looking forward to? Leave a comment below.
