THE BUZZ: Microsoft’s latest earnings report has revealed that the Xbox 360 has now shipped 57.6 million units worldwide.

In the most recent quarter that ended September 30, 2.3 million units were shipped which is a year-to-year decrease of 2.8%. Platform revenue has risen by 7% thanks to increased Xbox Live revenues.

EGM’s TAKE: The Xbox 360 is still going strong which is good news for Microsoft.
