A new month has begun, and that means that a new batch of games has just joined Xbox Game Pass.
Seven new games have joined the subscription service’s library of games for August, joining the more than one hundred games already available.
The biggest of the bunch this time is Hitman, the episodic stealth game starring agent 47 that that released in 2016. Originally, the game released episodically. The Xbox Game Pass version of the game has all of Season 1, which is the bulk of the game. It’s missing a few time-gated bonus episodes and some missions that were PlayStation 4 exclusive, but the majority of the game can be found in Season 1.
The rest of the batch of games covers a huge range of genres. Players will get a taste of Ruiner, an action shooter set in a cyberpunk dystopia and inspired by cyberpunk anime. Ryse: Son of Rome sends players back to hack and slash their way through the ranks of centurions in ancient Rome. Dead Rising 2 lets players tear through a horde of zombies while performing motorcycle stunts, and Dandara will have platforming fans defying gravity. The Escapists: The Walking Dead puts an 8-bit twist on the long-running The Walking Dead franchise. Finally, there’s Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure, a whirlwind tour through different Pixar worlds for families to enjoy.
All of these games should now be available on Xbox Game Pass, so any subscribers can jump straight in.
