Xbox Live Entertainment Apps Unlocked for all This Weekend

THE BUZZ: Microsoft has announced that non-Xbox Live Gold members will be granted access to the console’s entertainment apps this weekend.

From Friday until Monday, Xbox Live Silver members can access every app and try them out for free. For a full list of apps available in your area head over to Xbox.com.

EGM’s TAKE: If you’re on the fence about an upgrade to Gold then why not use this weekend to try out all of the cool extras that a membership brings. Such as access to films, TV and music. It can’t hurt to at least try them, you may even be convinced to upgrade once the weekend is over.
