Microsoft has announced a third price cut for the Xbox One since May.

Starting today, the 500 GB Xbox One console will be available at retailers for the new low price of $249.

The bundle, which is available “for a limited time” includes one free game from a choice of Forza Motorsport 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, or Rare Replay.

Back in May, Microsoft dropped the RRP of its console from $349 to $299. This was followed by another price cut in June that took the console down to just $279.

The price cut comes just ahead of the launch of Microsoft’s new smaller Xbox One console, the Xbox One S. The 2 TB Xbox One S launches August 2nd for $399 and is 40% smaller than the current Xbox One.
