Talking to CVG, Microsoft corporate vice president Phil Harrison declared that the Xbox One touts the best launch lineup “in the history of consoles.”
“Ultimately, it’s the games that make Xbox One stand out, and we have the best lineup of games—we think—in the history of consoles,” Harrison told CVG.
“We clearly have strong exclusive games, and we have partnered with EA to bring FIFA to Europe in a very meaningful way. Football in Europe is the sport, and in some countries it’s the religion,” he added.
The Xbox One’s launch lineup includes Dead Rising 3, Fighter Within, Killer Instinct, Forza Motorsport 5, and Ryse: Son of Rome as exclusives.
Microsoft has yet to announce the system’s specific launch date beyond November 2013.
