XCOM: Enemy Unknown Release Date Revealed

2K Games has announced the official release date of strategy game XCOM: Enemy Unknown, which is being developed by Firaxis Games.
The game will hit October 9 in the U.S. and October 12 in Europe, for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Pre-ordering from select retailers will net you the Elite Soldier Pack, granting you an extra soldier modelled on the original XCOM game, some Soldier Deco packs for aesthetic armour upgrades and a variety of colors to decorate your soldier’s armor with.
