Yakuza 5 Revealed And PSP Sequel Confirmed

Yakuza 5 has today been official confirmed as being in development after a tease from creator Toshihiro Nagoshi yesterday.

The latest issue of Famitsu brought the confirmation and also news of a sequel to the PSP game Yakuza: Black Panther.

Famitsu reports that the new potable title will be called Kurohyou 2 Ryu ga Gotoku and will retain the same gameplay style as Black Panther with a release set for Spring 2012.

No details were given about Yakuza 5 but expect some to be revealed this week at SEGA’s Press Conference.
