Mass Effect

Why wait until next week to play Mass Effect: Andromeda when you can play it right now?

The game’s early access trial is now available to download for EA Access and Origin Access on Xbox One and PC, respectively.

You’re going to have to clear over 40GB of space, but after that you’ll have 10 hours of access to Andromeda. While multiplayer is unrestricted during the time limit, the game’s single-player is gated off at a certain point. However, you’re free to explore the starting area for the entire trial time limit, if you wish to.

EA Access and Origin Access grant full access to a number of EA games for a monthly subscription. As well as access to these games, subscribers can also play limited-time trials of upcoming EA games and get 10 percent off all EA digital games and DLC.

A monthly subscription costs $4.99 a month or $29.99 for the year.

Mass Effect: Andromeda officially launches for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on March 21st, and all progress made during the trial will be carried over to the full game.
