Assassin's Creed

If you’ve felt the muse’s touch after seeing ancient Egypt in the Assassin’s Creed Origins trailers, then it’s time put that inspiration to good use.

Ubisoft is hosting a Community Creation Contest to promote the upcoming release of Assassin’s Creed Origins. Fans can submit artwork, videos, or cosplay based on the upcoming Assassin’s Creed for the chance to win prizes, including an Xbox One X, which will run an enhanced version of Assassin’s Creed Origins.

The contest is happening in two waves, with the first submission period ending on July 31st. The second wave will start in September, so if you haven’t started your Bayek cosplay yet, you still have time. In fact, the first wave will only be for fan art and fan video submissions.

Winners will be selected for each category, so videos won’t be judged against drawings. And don’t plan on submitting old videos of you dressed like Ezio free-running around a skate park: entries must be tied to Assassin’s Creed Origins. This is a marketing promotion, after all.

For a full list of contest rules and prizes, check out Ubisoft’s blog. And, hey, even if you don’t win, all valid entries will score an exclusive in-game weapon pack that you can use when Assassin’s Creed Origins comes to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 27th.

Michael Goroff has been gaming for almost three decades. He's a lover of all games and systems, but he mostly plays Xbox. That being said, if he's a fanboy, he's a fanboy for the game industry as a whole. Spit white-hot fanboy hate at him, trash talk his Gold II rank on Rocket League, or maybe just send him a cordial hello on Twitter @gogogoroff.

You could win prizes for sharing your Assassin’s Creed creations

Enter and you could nab in-game items, Assassin's Creed Origins special editions and, oh yeah, an Xbox One X.
