Trion Worlds has released a new developer diary for its upcoming MMO shooter Defiance.

This latest video discusses how the team has gone about revolutionizing the genre and what makes Defiance so unique. One major factor that sets the game apart from others is that it is being developed alongside a television series set in the same universe, with the help of Syfy.

Trion will debut PvP at Gamescom next week, so if you’re attending be sure to pop by booth A-041 in Hall 6.
