The news of 38 Studio’s financial problems has been all over the news lately, but an interesting twist has now hit today—a video fly-through of some of the locations from “Project Copernicus”, their Amalur-based MMO.

Will 38 Studios survive long enough to see the release of Project Copernicus? Will the game itself survive even if the studio does? At least one person seems to think so—Rhode Island governor Lincoln Chafee, who said during a press conference centered around the situation at 38 Studios that “what I understand is Copernicus is June of ’13.”

Wow—we’re now getting expected game release dates from governors. What a strange world we live in. Anyhow, here’s the video that 38 Studios released today.
