Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Heading to PSN
Posted on January 14, 2012 AT 11:17am
THE BUZZ: Last year Sony released The Ico and Shadow of Colossus Collection, and players everywhere were once again enthralled by Team ICO’s unique, minimalist approach to video game design. Now, Sony has recently revealed plans to release Ico and Shadow of the Colossus on the Playstation Network separately. Sporting the same high definition graphics of the bundle, players can expect to get their hands on these classics January 17 for $20 apiece.
EGM’s TAKE: Accessibility is the name of the game here. Give the player as many options as possible to play these Playstation 2 classics. While, any extras that came with the collection will be omitted, players looking for beautiful games that challenge the normal conventions of what video games can offer don’t need to look any further.
