THE BUZZ: Here it is folks—the first official trailer for Joss Whedon’s upcoming movie The Avengers.

EGM’s TAKE: So here’s the question—will this “ensemble” movie work? It’s easy to make individual movies for characters such as these, but hard to throw them into one story and give each personality the time they need to shine. Especially when, you know, Robert Downey Jr. is going to no doubt steal every scene he’s in due to his awesomeness.

Also, I really miss Ed Norton as Banner—shame he’s not going to be a part of this.
