James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan got a chance to play GoldenEye 007 last night with Jimmy Fallon, and let’s just say that it didn’t go too well for the man with a license to kill.

To many GoldenEye 007 is the pinnacle of first-person shooters, and it appears that talk show host Jimmy Fallon is also a major fan. So when he had Brosnan on, he just had to fulfill a dream and play a round of Rare’s shooter with him.

I won’t spoil how it went, but I’ll tell you that Brosnan stated before playing: “I played it once and shot myself in the foot.”

GoldenEye 007 was released in 1997 for Nintendo 64, and will be 17 years old next week.
