Deep Silver has released a lengthy gameplay trailer for its zombie survival sequel Dead Island: Riptide in which creative producer Alex Toplansky goes through the improvements and changes that have been made compared to the original.

Dead Island: Riptide is set to release April 23 in the U.S. and April 26 in Europe for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Last week Deep Silver was forced to apologize for a headless torso statue that it offered with a special edition of the game.
