A good many years ago Sega had plans for two Aliens games, the first was an FPS which went on to become Aliens: Colonial Marines and the second was an RPG, which ended up being cancelled.
The RPG was in development at Obsidian Entertainment and was apparently ready to ship when it got canned. Footage of that game has now appeared online showcasing some character animations that were used. The video was created by character artist Danny Garnett, who revealed the game’s name as Aliens: Crucible.
Aliens: Crucible was in development for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC back in 2006.
