Earlier this week the brand new Halo 4 Majestic Map Pack debuted on Xbox Live. The pack contains three new maps: Skyline (city at night themed), Monolith (Forerunner themed), and Landfall (City/warehouse themed) and is free to season pass holders or 800 MSP for everyone else.

The first map pack, Crimson, was a bit disappointing in that it contained more large maps and a palette that was similar to the maps packed in with Halo 4. This new Majestic pack however, is fantastic. The maps are smaller in scope which is much needed in the Halo 4 line-up, and are three distinctly different landscapes and palettes.

Overall these maps, more than the last pack, are well worth your 800 points. If you were taking break from Halo 4 to wait for some smaller maps (that have actual weapon spawns) and more competitive settings this pack is for you. I highly recommend it.
