Double Fine and Sega have teamed up with Ron Gilbert to bring you The Cave. In this slightly twisted, 2D puzzle, action game players will have to create a team of three chosen from a list of seven possible characters. Choices include the Scientist, the Hillbilly, the Twins, the Knight, the Time Traveler, the Monk, and the Adventurer. Each has their own quest to complete in the depths of The Cave as they search for the one thing their heart desires. Every environment will have its own personality and challenges. Are you up to it?

Due out in January 2013, The Cave will be a downloadable title on PC, XBLA and PSN.
