Activision has joined forces with the USO (United Service Organization) to send hundreds of copies of BATTLESHIP: The Video Game to U.S. Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines stationed around the globe. To promote this partnership, Activision has held gaming events at 14 locations around Southwest Asia. During each event, Service Members played the Navy-influenced game. This author, who is a Navy Veteran, hopes to see what comes for the future of this cooperative.
BATTLESHIP is now available in Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, 3DS, and DS formats.
