Sam Lake from Remedy may be teasing Alan Wake 2 in his latest tweet. He states,
It’s all true. “It will happen again, in another town, a town called Ordinary.” It’s happening now.
He then links to a blog at http://thishouseofdreams.blogspot.com/ – and the most current post reads like an Alan Wake page. Here is an excerpt:
In the dream I was visiting the previous owner of my house at the nursing home, only in the dream the owner wasn’t a sweet old lady, he was a man, and he wasn’t old, he was a young man with a dark hair – very good looking in fact. I remember that he was wearing a funny jacket with old-fashioned elbow patches.
I was there to find out about the shoebox, but he was very agitated and didn’t listen to me. The place was brightly lit, it was sunny outside, but he was still very anxious and wanted me to turn all the lights on. He kept going on about the place being too dark.
In the hallway, coming back, I suddenly saw a dark silhouette of a man outside the window.
The blog has existed since February, and is written by someone named Samantha. Is this a clever type of viral marketing to keep Alan Wake 2 in peoples’ minds for E3? Remedy has stated on their official forums that Alan Wake 2 will not be at E3, but this could be some advertising to keep Alan Wake 2 on the horizon. We do know that Remedy is working on Alan Wake 2, but any new information is definitely something worth getting excited for.
