If Valve’s Summer Sales didn’t leave you absolutely broke, Best Buy has come along to hit your pocketbook with a fatality. This week, nearly 150 items are at bargain basement prices. Some of them aren’t anything to write home about, yet others are jaw-droppingly cheap.

They’ve got screen shields for pretty much any mobile gaming system on sale, a pretty nifty looking set of Transformers DS styluses [stylii?], cases for DS-everythings, PSPs, and even crazy ‘vault’-style ones for your 360 and PS3.

Most amazingly, though, are Gears of War 3 for a mere $14.99, and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations for just shy of a tenner. For those who love a good hardcore on-rails shooter, Sin and Punishment 2 for Wii will cost you only a Lincoln [Five dollars. Not a penny, smartass.]… and if you’ve been needing your Sims fix, they have a number of add-on packs, as well as the Sim 3 + Pets package for ten and under. So, suffice to say: No matter what kind of gamer you are, the big yellow tag has you covered!
