If you’ve been keeping up with War of the Roses updates, I’ve got another for you! If you like to see where your games come from, Paradox has released a documentary-style video with behind the scenes footage with senior producer Gordon Van Dyke and the lead designer, Mårten Stormdal. In the video, they visit York, one of the historic locations from the English civil war.

The two suit up (literally!) to ransack the city, giving viewers a firsthand look at the buildings, lore, landscapes, and armor that will be part of the War of the Roses game, set to launch later this year.

It’s part of a planned series, so you can expect more to come.
