PC fans rejoice! The newest DLC for Serious Sam 3 has launched, and it includes some pretty awesome stuff. The “Jewel Of The Nile” DLC has dropped into the hands of rabid gamers everywhere clamoring for more explosions and ridiculousness. With three massive new campaign missions in the Temple of Isis on the expansive isle of  Philae. The missions take place in the middle of the Serious Sam 3 campaign, and also includes new items, a new final boss and for the first time, something called the Aludran Reptiloid (not sure what it is, but if it can be shot to death, it’ll be okay.

Also announced was an update to the original title that adds seven new versus maps and three new survival maps. Croteam didn’t stop there, however, also announcing that all Serious Sam games are 75% off for a limited time through Steam.

Serious Sam 3: The Jewel Of The Nile is available now for PC with an October 17th release date for XBLA, and for launch week, is only $8.99 ($9.99 afterwards). In the meantime, look! Violence!

Russ Pirozek, known as "Noobcrawler" to some, is a gamer and comic book fan who sometimes gets around to writing for DigitalNoob.com. He's also awesome. If someone looked up "awesome" in the dictionary, his picture wouldn't be there, but that's because he's too busy being awesome to pose for a photo.
