I’m at the point where debating the finer points of the Mass Effect 3 ending has lost its merit. You either like it or you hate it and feel robbed, there really doesn’t seem to be an in between. Honestly, that is fine. If you really want some more Commander Shepard action in your life, Mass Effect 3 DLC Leviathan is due out on August 28th for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Leviathan will run for $10 or 800 Microsoft Points and promises to bring a new tale of a mysterious Reaper hunter simply known as the Leviathan into Mass Effect lore.

New places to discover and explore, more areas of the Citadel to get lost in and new characters to get acquainted with is enough to sell me on DLC for Mass Effect 3, but the ominous title is really what does it. Is there a white whale destroying Reapers? I sure hope so.

EA and BioWare released this awesome new trailer today, and an ocean planet, a mech suit and lots of explosions are there to sell you on this $10 DLC.
