Minecraft meets shooter in this free-to-play game called Brick-Force. Hailing from Berlin, the people at Infernum, have launched Brick-Force and it’s available for both PC and Mac. As of now, there’s about 1,000,000 people enjoying this game and all the features it has to offer. Thanks to the new item upgrade system, outfits and weapons can be enhanced and/or modified for the first time. In addition, the completely re-designed interface offers visual as well as functional improvements while game mechanics have been optimized as well. The new PvP feature “Build ‘n Destroy” provides diversified fun with new content.
“Build ‘n Destroy” is a mode that offers two opposing teams a pre-determined time to build their fortress and then set their strategic and defensive positions. As soon as the time is up, the line dividing the two teams is gone and it’s an all out war. Who can beat who first? This is the time when the Brick-Gun is replaced with live ammunition. Which team can overtake their opponent’s turrets, trenches, and outstanding obstacles to be crowned victor? During a match, up to five build phases give each team the opportunity to keep working on one’s own side of the map. Whoever has the most kills by the end of each session wins the match.
Here’s a video showcasing this mode. Let me know what you guys think in the comments section.

This sandbox shooter allows players to create worlds and maps that they’ve always dreamed of, brick by brick. They can also share these virtual playgrounds with the community and use them as the backdrop for fast paced shooter matches against fellow players or computerized opponents. This comic style online game is built on the ‘Unity 3D’ engine and will be playable in web browsers. The ‘sandbox’ mode, in which players use simple building blocks to construct complex environments, can be played on social networks and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Brick-Force is being developed by Korean game developer EXE Games as a co-production with Infernum. Brick-Force has been launched on June 12th in several language versions and more updates will follow this year.
