Black Friday and Cyber Monday have been a rock star weekend for Amazon’s Kindle line. Sales more than doubled last year’s record over the holiday shopping weekend. With that extra boost, “customers made this Black Friday and Cyber Monday the best ever for Kindle worldwide,” said Dave Limp, Vice President of Amazon Kindle. On top of that, the Kindle, both e-reader and Fire flavor, have held the top four spots on the Amazon best sellers list since launch on September 6th.

I own the last gen e-reader Kindle which are nothing short of fantastic. Amazon’s selection of books is massive. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone already partly in the ecosystem Amazon has made for itself.
