Dark Horse Comics has announced a couple of great new partnerships to add to their already impressive catalog. The first is a new graphic novel that is years in the making with Halloween Legion, a tale of some of the “World’s Weirdest Heroes”, written by Martin Powell and illustrated by Thomas Boatwright and Diana Leto. In a world where it’s perpetually Halloween, the Skeleton, the Witch, Autumn the Black Cat, the Ghost and the Devil fight as a team. Also included is the “origin story” of writer Martin Powell in the tale “Once Upon A Halloween”. No release date has been announced yet, but keep an eye out for this Halloween thriller!
Dark Horse also announced a partnership with video game publisher Deep Silver, who will be helping expand the catalog of Dark Horse licensed content with a brand new comic based on the upcoming game Metro: Last Light. The Gospel According to Artyom is a brand new digital comic that takes place during the events of Metro 2033 and Last Light, with Metro 2033 author Dmitry Glukhovsky penning what is called “the last chapter of Metro 2033 and the first chapter of Metro: Last Light“. This survival game has been a hit with fans, and with the upcoming video game sequel on the way, this could be exactly the thing fans would want to see before delving back into the gritty world of the Metro franchise. Be sure to grab it this May when The Gospel According to Artyom is released.
