Free Comic Book Day won’t be until next May, but Dark Horse Comics is already getting ramped up for the yearly event by announcing some of the titles they will be giving away fans come May 4th. Dark Horse always goes big for FCBD, handing out several titles from some of their most popular series.

This year’s selection is no different, with entries from the universes of Mass Effect, Captain Midnight and R.I.P.D. all get brand new issues for fans to check out. Also returning will be fan favorites from the Star Wars universe, an entry from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and a very special title from musician Gerard Way, who also works on the series True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys along with Shaun Simon and Becky Cloonan, and will debut on FCBD in 2013.
