So Darksiders did that whole live action thing earlier with someone dressed up as Death, and damn, was that amazing. Here? I’d say almost as good. A cinematic live action trailer for Darksiders II, titled The Last Sermon, staring Game of Thrones’ James Cosmo, telling a story of the last hours of mankind on earth after War was tricked into bringing about the apocalypse early, and shows off Death in a new way that fans haven’t gotten to see before.

Along side the general cinematic cut, there will also be an extended director’s cut which you can only find on their Facebook page at Facebook.com/Darksiders.

“After War is imprisoned for bringing about the apocalypse, Death’s whereabouts are shrouded in mystery. The Last Sermon gives fans an idea of what he may have been up to during that time,” said Jim Huntley, Vice President of Global Brand Marketing.

While not a fan of the first game, I have to say THQ, you certainly have my attention this time.
