Day Ten Of The Steam Summer Sale Is Here

Day ten of the Steam Summer Sale is on our doorsteps, so let Valve inside, just make sure they take off their shoes, OK?

If you’ve been waiting to get your DayZ on, now is as good of a time as ever, as the Arma II Combined Ops pack is on sale for 40% off. Only $17.99 out of your bank account and a Six Launcher install later and you will be killing zombies (and survivors) in Chernarus like a boss.

The eccentrically unique Quantum Conundrum is on sale for only $8.99  (40% off) so if you’ve done everything possible in Limbo or Portal 2, give this strange, but fun, puzzler a try.

Did you just get home from The Dark Knight Rises and you want to continue Batman’s Gotham-y adventures at a discount? OK, Arkham City is on sale for 66% off, and it looks friggin’ beautiful on a solid gaming PC.

Fable III is 75% off for only $12.49, but you can pick this up used for your Xbox for about $5, so you can skip this one…Unless you don’t have a 360.

The Prince of Persia reboot is only $2.49, and in this cel-shaded reimagining, you can’t die and you get unlimited continues…So, yeah. It’s pretty fun, and I suppose it’s worth the $2.49, but then, if you ask my close friends, I think everything is worth $2.49.

The offline, but still awesome Diablo-clone Torchlight is only $3.74 at 75% off, but without any way to play online, I might as well continue to play Diablo III until I feel I get my money’s worth, then pick up the rapidly approaching Torchlight II.

Warhammer 40K’s Dawn of War II is only $7.49 at 75% off, and if you like to have smaller, more personal and micromanaged units in your RTS experience, pick this one up. I enjoyed the hell out of it.

Evochron Mercenary has a cool concept – it’s a space exploration/flight sim that tasks you to go out into deep space to find some mercenary work. The reviews are middlesome, but with the right attitude and a bit of imagination, this game is lots of fun.

Then, the Indie Bundle X is only $9.99 and includes Machinarium, Eufloria, Beat Hazard, Bit trip Runner, All Zombies Must Die. Solid pack!
