Digital Comic Valentine Getting Print Volume From Image Comics

Alex de Campi’s highly-praised digital comicValentine is getting the first volume of the series put into print, to be published by Image Comics. The story of a French soldier in Napoleon’s army has gained a pretty large following since its inception, and now, those who missed it in its digital form can now get their hands on a physical version of the story.

This epic story follows the title character, Valentine, as he moves away from the front lines of the war in Russia back to France to deliver a very special package. This journey leads to some very important realizations, as Valentine learns that the fairy tales children are told are anything but. His interactions with these creatures and the reasons they are there makes this a journey full of adventure and the supernatural.

Originally downloaded over 350,000 times through the Amazon Kindle, ComiXology and RobotComics, this tale is one fans are sure to treasure. Look out for Valentine as the print edition hits stores in a massive, 352-page trade this September.

Russ Pirozek, known as "Noobcrawler" to some, is a gamer and comic book fan who sometimes gets around to writing for DigitalNoob.com. He's also awesome. If someone looked up "awesome" in the dictionary, his picture wouldn't be there, but that's because he's too busy being awesome to pose for a photo.
