The Devil May Cry series’ latest installment got some great news today, as Capcom announced the release date for the upcoming game DmC Devil May Cry.

Releasing on January 15th for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360,with a PC release coming out later in the year.  DmC Devil May Cry is going to focus more on the early years in the life of protagonist Dante, putting his youth against a contemporary backdrop. The game will also add a bit more brutality and edge to the fluid, frantic combat that fans have come to know and love over the years, while attempting to keep the core of the fighting system intact.

Capcom, working closely with developer Ninja Theory,  is also using localized voice talent from all over the globe, helping to keep the experience more accessible to gamers.

DmC Devil May Cry will definitely be on many gamers’ lists when it releases in late 2013, so stick around for more news about the game.
