Doc Asks: How Close Is Virtual Reality?

This week I look a look into virtual reality becoming a…reality. This all started with the explosion of the Oculus Rift kickstarter, which is John Carmack’s journey into virtual reality and is highlighted in this year’s Quakecon keynote. With all the people backing it, I am curious if it is possible we will see this technology on a consumer level anytime soon. I would like to hear what everyone else has to say about the potential of virtual reality and when we will actually get our hands on it. I hope you all enjoy!
