“From Dust” is probably one of the most intriguing and gorgeous downloadable games I have played to date. It’s up there with “Journey”. Originally only available for download on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, “From Dust” is now available on Google Chrome. To celebrate, it will be on sale for $9.99 for one week, after that the price goes up to $14.99.

In “From Dust”, you play as a god-like entity. You are responsible for a tribe of primitive natives and it’s up to you to help them through the interactive, ever evolving world. The scenery is breathtaking and the real-time nature simulations are almost magical to watch. Don’t be fooled, it will challenge you and require the use of logic to solve the tribe’s problems.

Trust me, if you haven’t played From Dust, you are missing out on a wonderful game. Now that you can play directly from your browser, there is nothing stopping you.
