Sure, there are a lot of cool games coming out this fall. It always happens that way, doesn’t it? Games season comes and the big budget titles are ready to flood the market with their multi-million dollar ad campaigns, their giant development teams and all of that. Yet, there are always a few smaller games that capture the imagination of gamers, and this year Hotline Miami has done just that. The footage and information available so far has shown a mature, visceral and downright fascinating game and up until now we didn’t have a release date for it.

Well, fear not, as October 23rd has been pegged as the official release date for Hotline Miami. In fact, it is available for pre-order right now from select outlets, and when you pre-order it you get 10% off of the list price of $10 (which means you get $1 off, basically). You can pre-order from GOG.com, Steam and GetGames (GetGames offers an exclusive GetGames level).

Hotline Miami is available on October 23rd for the PC for $10.
