IDW Publishing To Release New Miniseries ‘The Hollows’
Posted on September 20, 2012 AT 07:56pm
IDW Publishing announced the upcoming release of a brand new series, focusing on a wild world of radiation, decaying husks of human beings, and genetically engineered trees. Standard stuff, really. From the team of Chris Lyall and Sam Kieth comes The Hollows, and this new series will take readers on a wild and unique trip full of surprises in an eerie new world.
Japan is decaying, and to combat the toxic radiation, a strain of supertrees are created, capable of suspending whole cities to keep them away from the radiation. Not only that, but there are the Hollows, a group of radiation-filled husks whose only goal is to consume human energy to keep itself going. This strange, immersive world will be sure to leave readers wondering and wanting more.
The series is scheduled for four issues, and a December release, so be on the lookout for The Hollows, as it makes its way to stores from IDW Publishing.
