IDW Publishing has announced yet another in their terrific Artist’s Edition collection, this time creating an over-sized edition of the legendary EC Comics. The first volume of this set collects original size work from the iconic label, featuring classic work from some of the biggest names the series has to offer, including Al Williamson, Harvey Kurtzman, Bernie Krigstein and Johnny Craig. Collect some of the most beloved EC stories ever written in one huge volume when it releases on June 19th.

Image Comics also made an announcement recently, promoting the upcoming title from the writer of the hit titles The Activity and Dancer, Nathan Edmondson. The Dream Merchant will follow the troubled teen Wilson as he deals with recurring nightmares while taking residence in a mental ward. When the true meaning of this horror finally hits him, the entire world around him will change. Joining Edmonson will be Russian colorist Novsadov, who will be creating the multicolored dreamscapes of Wilson’s mind. This six-issue mini-series will launch on May 15th.
