Image Comics Will Have Fans Seeing Red With “Bedlam”

Image Comics announced the impending release of a brand new thriller set in a world terrorized by a man named Madder Red, a violent killer and crime boss. In Bedlam, the city of same name is still haunted by the destruction Madder Red had caused, even years after his violent reign ended.

Met with muted colors accented by powerful reds, Bedlam, which is written by Nick Spencer and illustrated by Riley Rossmo, has “a lot of shift in your seat uncomfortably’ moments”, according to Spencer. While the now rehabilitated Madder Red, now back to his birth name, Filmore Press has ended his reign of terror, Bedlam still weeps over the tragic events he caused.

Bedlam is scheduled for a very special release, with the first issue being one of hopefully many more. Be sure to check out the 48-page introductory issue when it hits shelves this Halloween.
