Image Comics, in an attempt to continue the major success they’ve had throughout 2012, have announced that they are launching a new mini-series this October entitled Point Of Impact. The series, fromNear Deathcreator Jay Farber and Koray Kuranel focuses on the usual parts of life: murder, adultery, and the realization that sometimes, the people you thought you knew were completely different than they let on.

Nicole Rafferty brings people closer together, in some way, after her death than she ever did alive, as her murder brings the three closest people in her life, her husband, friend, and lover, on a path that will lead them to find the truth about Nicole and what happened to her. This four issue mini-series is drawn by Kuranel in black and white, giving the images a major impact in comparison to the usual color schemes.
