They just keep on coming, it seems. Another Image Comic gaining popularity so fast that it sells out. This time, it’s the brand new series from Image Comics, Planetoid.

Written by Ken Garing, who also drew and lettered the series (a spectacular feat), Planetoid tells the story of Silas, a pirate in the time of space travel who finds himself on a deserted planet of metal, with no means of leaving.

This innovative science fiction adventure has sold out of its first issue, with a second printing on the way. Planetoid #1′s second edition will be released July 11th, the same day as Planetoid #2.
