The team behind the NASCAR The Game series has launched officially licensed NASCAR avatars on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Eutechnyx unveiled the avatar collection on June 19th and now, fans around the globe will be able to don their avatars with their favorite driver’s colors and logos.

“Driver apparel continues to be our strongest line of licensed merchandise both at the track and around the world,” said Blake Davison, VP, Brand Licensing, NASCAR Merchandise. “To take this into Xbox LIVE is a natural extension to our program and we’re delighted to be able to deliver this via our video game partner, Eutechnyx.”

Starting at just a mere 160 Microsoft Points, the collection includes an array of uniforms, helmets, and props to include specially designed, never-before-seen NASCAR uniforms. The store also includes several firesuits worn by Dale Earnhardt Jr, Jimmie Johnson, Kasey Kahne, Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Mark Martin and Carl Edwards.

Once purchased, players can also use the avatar items in places such as their email signatures and on Facebook or Twitter. Currently, prices are as follows: Helmets – 160 MSP, Props Cars – 320 MSP, Full Uniforms – 400 MSP.
