Earlier this morning, on a special edition of Nintendo Direct, called Pokemon Direct, Nintendo announced the first games for the 6th generation of Pokemon, called Pokemon X and Pokemon Y Versions. As can be seen from the trailer, these will be first Pokemon games to use fully rendered 3D graphics and furthermore, the first games in the series to have a single international release date, currently set for October this year.
