Reverb Publishing and Lukewarm Media have announced a pre-order bonus for Primal Carnage:

Yes, a beautifully feathered skin for your raptors. They still don’t fly, though they probably molt when they’re really upset.

You can pre-order it right now from their online store for $14.99. The pre-order includes the raptor skin, beta access, and a Steam key once the game is released.

If you’ve missed the initial dino rampage, here’s some of the features of the game:

• Five large, open environments in which to team up and take down the human or dinosaur competition online
• 10 playable classes (five human, five dinosaur) each with unique skills and abilities that can trump each other in a rock-paper-scissors fashion
• Play from both first-person (humans) and third-person (dinosaurs) perspective
• Multiple achievements, unlockables and planned DLC

Personally, my favorite feature is the perspective change depending on if you’re playing as a human or a dinosaur. The game itself is using the Unreal Engine and looks pretty slick. In fact, check out these two character showcases, which show the human Trapper and Pyromaniac classes, as well as the Raptor and Carnotaurus dinosaur classes.
