Zombie slayers will have one more character at their disposal when Dead island Riptide releases in 2013.  John Morgan joins Sam B., Xian Mei, and the rest of the Dead Island squad and is a master in hand to hand combat.  Deep Silver has confirmed that John Morgan has been inspired by certain community mods for the original Dead island that featured hand to hand combat.   In Dead Island Riptide, players will explore the town of Henderson on the island of Palanai.  Henderson is a luxurious town that caters to the ultra rich and is surrounded by a dense jungle.  Check out the screenshots below for a closer look at the island of Palanai.
