Posted on June 25, 2012 AT 05:51am
If you’re a Resident Evil fan, this news item may be of interest to you. If you’re a fan of Collectors Editions, then you NEED to read on! Gamestop.com has revealed special editions for the upcoming Resident Evil 6; one for the Xbox 360 and one for the Playstation 3. Both are vastly different from each other, so choose wisely! The Xbox 360 “Archives Edition” includes a copy of Resident Evil 6, the Resident Evil: Degeneration feature film, Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD, and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition. On the Playstation 3 side, dubbed the “Anthology Edition”, you’ll get Resident Evil 6, Resident Evil Director’s Cut, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil 4 HD, and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition. An important thing to note here is that all of the extra games listed in both editions will be download only. No extra discs are involved. Both editions are listed for retail at $89.99, and the game is slated for release on October 2nd, 2012.
