Persona 4 Arena is developed by Arc System Works and Atlus, and brings the characters and stories from previous Persona games into the world of 2D fighting games. Each character has their own story mode, as well as other modes to keep you entertained–but is it enough in the end? The video review below from Dr. Gumaer and Sunflower addresses fans of the Persona series and fans of fighting games, as well as fans of neither to find out whether or not Persona 4 Arena is worth your time.
- THE GOOD: All of the classic characters you know and love from the previous Persona games are represented, as well as some surprises, in HD
- THE BAD: The Story Mode’s attempt at narrative is stilted and detracts from the game
- THE UGLY: Fighting someone online with the title “My Ass! Darkness Danger Zone”
